What can I do if I have received a faulty or damaged product?

Please examine the products before opening the sealed contents. Products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once sealed packaging is opened.

Every item is examined and every package is prepared and in good shape up to the handoff for shipping. If your package or item arrived damaged, please understand that something happened to the package during shipping. Mishaps and accidents do happen. Don't take it personal or think that something happened to it intentionally.

In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty when examined thru the packaging, you may request a product return.

Please make sure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product, or may be displayed on our website, as products found not to be faulty when they come back to us will be disposed and no further actions will be possible. Please note that our return policy also applies.
