If your order is being packaged and the shipping label has already been printed while we are trying to make a change, the original shipping address may still be printed and used. We can't honor any request to locate the package or stop the package.
If the shipping address is incorrect and your package has already been shipped, please go to the post office that services the address and arrange with them to hold the package for you to pick up in person. If the shipping address is incorrect, then it is a very problematic situation. The package is in the USPS system, and it may or may not be possible to change the destination. You have to speak to your local post office about that. If it is not possible to change the shipping destination, then you can try to contact the people at the location of the shipping address and ask them to hold the package for you.
If the mail is lost in the system and there are no delivery status, you will have to wait for some period (generally 30 days from the time shipment started) and allow USPS to locate and continue delivering your package. You can try contacting USPS to locate your package. Therefore, it is very important that you ensure that the shipping address is correct and that the actual location of the shipping address is safe and secure for delivery.
If the package is undeliverable, it might come back to us. Please contact us if you see the package is on its way back to us and provide us your correct shipping address (note that you will be charged for the reshipping).
